医学教学的价值取向

摘    要:从五个方面阐述了医学教学的价值取向,教学中双主体的活动决定了医学教学价值取向的基本内容;满足社会对医生的角色期望,使学生具有适应和推动医学发展的能力,体现现代医学模式的基本要求,是医学教学价值取向的三个支点;培养和提高学生的临床思维能力是实现医学教学价值取向的核心环节;医患沟通能力和技巧的培养在医学教学价值取向中具有重要地位,它是学生处理职业人际关系的不可缺少的内容;思维方法的训练对提高学生的思维素质、道德素质、心理素质都是重要的,它应当成为医学教学价值取向必须关注的一个内容。医学教学价值取向是教师价值观念和价值实践的体现,它必须与学生的价值需要特别是学生的自我实现的需要密切契合。

Abstract:This article elaborates the value orientation of medical teaching from five aspects. Firstly, double hosts in teaching determine the basic content of medical teaching orientation. Secondly, satisfying the society's expectation of the role of doctors, helping medical students to develop the ability to adapt to and promote medical progress, and reflecting the essential demands of modern medical model are the three points of value orientation of medical teaching. Thirdly, cultivating and improving medical students' clinical thinking is the key to achieving the value orientation of medical teaching. Moreover, educating medical students how to communicate with patients has its important position in the value orientation of medical teaching. Lastly, special attention should be paid to training the mode of thinking. In short, the value orientation of medical teaching reflects teachers' ideology and practice of value, and it should be combined with the demand of students' value, especially the demand of students' self fulfillment.
