通心络胶囊协同阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集功能的影响

目的探讨通心络胶囊协同阿司匹林（ASP）对急性脑梗死患者血小板聚集功能的影响。方法将80例急性脑梗死（ACI）患者随机分为阿司匹林组（对照组）与阿司匹林加通心络胶囊组（试验组），每组40例。对照组给予脑梗死常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用通心络胶囊。观察两组患者治疗前后血小板最大聚集率（PAGM）、血栓素B2（TXB2）含量。结果治疗1个月后试验组PAGM、TXB2含量均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。结论ACI患者联合应用通心络胶囊和阿司匹林能显著降低PAGM、TXB2水平，且安全性高，不良反应小，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Influence of Integration of Tongxinluo Capsule and Aspirin on Platelet Aggregation in Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To discuss the influence of the integration of tongxinluo capsule with aspirin on platelet aggregation in patients with acute cerebral infarction（ACI）. Methods 80 cases of ACI were divided randomly into aspirin group（control group）and aspirin plus tongxinluo capsule group（trial group） ,40 cases in each one. In control group, routine therapy was administered for the treatment of cerebral infarction. In treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as control group, tongxinluo capsule was supplemented. The levels of maximum platelet agglutination rate of（MPAR） and thromboxane B2 （TXB2）were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results The levels of MPAR and TXB2 in trial group were significantly lower than those in control group 1 month after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Integration of tongxinluo capsule and aspirin reduces significantly PMAR and TXB2 in the treatment of ACI. This therapy is high in safety and less in adverse reaction. Hence it has a certain value of clinical application.
