彩色多普勒超声诊断在胎儿先天性心脏病中的临床价值

目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断在胎儿先天性心脏病中的临床价值.方法 选取本院2010年4月～2012年4月拟诊有胎儿先天性心脏病的产妇26例,对其产前超声诊断资料进行回顾性分析,并与其他诊断方法进行比较.结果 经彩色多普勒超声诊断26例胎儿先天性心脏病全部检出,检出率为100.0％,其他诊断方法的综合检出率为76.9％,彩色多普勒超声诊断的检出率高于其他诊断方法,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的检出率较高,可辅助临床进行早期诊断,具有重要的临床意义.

Clinical value of color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis in fetal congenital heart disease

Objective To discuss the clinical value of color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis in fetal congenital heart disease. Methods 26 puerperae in our hospital whose fetus was suspected as congenital heart disease from April 2010 to April 2012 were selected,and the prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis information was analyzed retrospectively,and compared with other diagnosis methods. Results All the 26 cases fetal congenital heart disease were detected by color doppler ultrasonic diagnosis,the detection rate was 100.0%,while the other diagnosis methods of comprehensive detec- tion rate was 76.9%,and the detection rate of color doppler ultrasonic was higher than that of other diagnosis methods, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of color doppler ultrasonic in fetal congenital heart disease is higher,which can assist clinical personnel with early diagnosis and is of important clinical significance.
