普外科腹腔镜治疗急腹症的临床观察

目的 探讨在普外科中运用腹腔镜对急腹症进行治疗的效果.方法 本院普外科自2010年1月～2012年9月共收治急腹症患者180例,分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组采用腹腔镜治疗,对照组采用传统手术方法.比较两组手术时间及出血量.结果 治疗组患者的平均手术时间为43.2 min,明显短于对照组的76.3 min；治疗组患者术中平均出血量为69.4 ml,明显少于对照组的149.8 ml,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在普外科对急腹症患者进行治疗的过程中,运用腹腔镜治疗的安全性相对较高,伤口创面相对较小,术后患者的恢复速度相对较快,治疗效果较为理想.

Clinical observation of laparoscope in treatment of acute abdomen in department of general surgery

Objective To discuss the effect of laparoscopy in treatment of acute abdomen in department of general surgery. Methods 180 cases patients with acute abdomen were treated in the department of general surgery of our hos- pital from January 2010 to September 2012,they were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic treatment,the control group used the traditional operation.Operation time and blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results The average time of operation patients in the treatment group was 43.2 min,which was significantly shorter than that of control group（76.3 min）;The operation bleeding volume of patients in the treatment group was 69.4 ml,which was significantly less than that of control group （149.8 ml）,the differences were all statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the patients of acute abdomen treated in the department of general surgery of the process, the safety of laparoscopic treatment is relatively higher, and with a relatively small operation wound,the postoperation recovery rate of patients is relatively fast,and with ideal treatment effect.
