循证护理模式对改善肿瘤患者放疗前恐惧心理的效果评价

目的观察采用循证护理模式对改善肿瘤患者放疗前恐惧心理的效果。方法选择2011年2月～2012年2月肿瘤科放疗患者120例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组各60例，给予对照组患者放疗前的常规护理，给予观察组患者循证护理模式护理，比较两组放疗前的心理恐惧程度。结果放疗前观察组患者的心理恐惧程度明显低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理模式可有效缓解肿瘤患者放疗前的心理恐惧情绪，有效提高放疗质量，利于放疗的顺利进行，值得临床推广应用。

Effect evaluation of evidence-based nursing model on relieving tumor patients＇ pre-radiotherapy fear

Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing model on relieving the tumor patients＇ preradiotherapy fear.Methods 120 patients who received radiotherapy in the oncology department from February 2011 to February 2012 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing before the radiotherapy and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The pre-radiotherapy fear of the two groups were compared. Results The pre-radiotherapy fear of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively relieve the tumor patients＇ pre-radiotherapy fear and effectively improve the quality of radiotherapy,which is conducive to the successful implementation of radiotherapy and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
