散发性结直肠癌患者手术前后血清CEA和CA199水平变化的临床意义

目的探讨散发性结直肠癌（CRC）患者手术前后血清CEA和CA199水平变化及其应用价值。方法选取42例散发性CRC患者作为观察组，42例非肿瘤患者作为对照组，采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测观察组术前、术后7d、术后30d的血清CEA和CA199水平，对照组患者于体检时进行抽血检测。结果观察组患者术前血清CEA和CA199水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;手术治疗后，观察组患者血清CEA和CA199水平明显低于术前（P〈0．05），且血清CEA和CA199的阳性率较术前明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论定期检测散发性CRC患者血清CEA和CA199水平的变化，有助于密切观察患者术后病情的变化，评价手术疗效，为预后和术后是否复发的判断提供可靠依据。

The clinical significance changes of serum CEA and CA199 level of sporadic colorectal cancer before and after surgery in patients

Objective To study the changes and its application value of serum CEA and CA199 level of sporadic colorectal cancer before and after surgery in patients. Methods Selected 42 patients with sporadic CRC as observation group,42 cases of non tumor patients as control group,used indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） to detect serum CEA and CA199 level of 7 days and 30 days of preoperative and postoperative of observation group,and control group patients made blood tests in physical examination. Results Preoperative serum CEA and CA199 levels of the observation group patients were significantly higher than the control group and there was statistical difference （P〈 0.05）;After surgery,serum CEA and CA199 level of observation group was significantly lower than the preoperative （P〈 0.05）,and the positive predictive value of serum CEA and CA199 were significantly lower than preoperative （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To detect patients with sporadic CRC serum CEA and CA199 level changes regular can help to observe postoperative patients changes in condition closely,evaluate the effect of surgery,and provide reliable basis for progno- sis and judgment of postoperative recurrence.
