子午流注针法配合辨证取穴针刺治疗脑卒中的临床效果观察

目的 探讨子午流注针法配合辨证取穴针刺治疗脑卒中的临床效果.方法 抽取2010年3月～2013年3月本院收治的脑卒中患者78例,分成对照组与观察组,每组各39例.对照组采取单纯辨证取穴针刺进行治疗,观察组采取子午流注针法配合辨证取穴针刺进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 采取子午流注针法配合辨证取穴针刺治疗脑卒中的临床效果理想,值得关注.

Observation of the clinical effect of midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection acupuncture in treatment of stroke

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection acupuncture in treatment of stroke. Methods 78 patients with stroke were drawed and divided into the control group （n=39） and the observation group （n=39） from March 2010 to March 2013 in our hospital.Simple di- alectical acupoint selection acupuncture was used in the control group while midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection acupuncture was used in the observation group,the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Neural function defect score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）;and neural function defect score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The plasma vis- cosity,hematocrit and erythrocyte sedimentation of the two groups were compared,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） after treatment. Conclusion The clinical effect is ideal treating stroke with midnight- noon ebb-low acupuncture combined with dialectical acupoint selection acupuncture,and it is worthy of attention.
