腹腔镜联合药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

目的探讨应用中药与腹腔镜技术联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选择本院102例多囊卵巢综合征患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组51例。对照组单纯采用腹腔镜治疗；治疗组采用中药与腹腔镜联合治疗。结果治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，卵巢功能复常时间和住院时间明显短于对照组;治疗前后卵巢体积的改善幅度明显大于对照组；用药期间不良反应发生率明显低于对照组；停止治疗后病情复发例数明显少于对照组。结论应用中药与腹腔镜技术联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果显著，值得推广。

Clinical research of laparoscope combined with medication for polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effects of laparoseopic techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and randomly assigned into control group and treatment group, with 51 cases in each group, the control group was only given laparoscopic treatment, treatmet group was given laparoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chi- nese medicine. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group. The time of ovarian function returning to normal, the total length of hospital stay, the changes of ovarian volume before and after treatment, the incidence rates of adverse reaction during medication, and the relapse patients after treatment in treatment group were significantly shorter, larger, lower or less than those of control group. Conclusion For patients with polyeystic ovary syndrome, the application of laparoscopic techniques combined with traditional Chinese medicine has remarkable clinical effect, is worthy of application.
