中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病并呼吸衰竭的临床研究

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）并呼吸衰竭的效果。方法将126例COPD并呼吸衰竭患者随机分为对照组和观察组各63例，对照组患者给予常规西医治疗，观察组患者给予中西医结合治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗前后PaO2和PaCO2的变化。结果观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为42．9％和90．5％，显著高于对照组（25．4％、69．8％）（P〈0．05）；治疗前两组患者的Pa02和PaC02比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗后两组患者的PaO2均较治疗前有显著升高，而PaCO2均比治疗前明显降低，且观察组的PaO2和PaCO2改善程度明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗COPD并呼吸衰竭效果安全可靠，且不良反应少，值得推广应用。

Clinical study of Chinese combined western medicine therapy in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese combined western medicine therapy in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure. Methods 126 cases of COPD patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 63 patients each group.The patients in control group were given routine western medical therapy,and the patients in observation group were given Chinese combined western medicine therapy, the clinical effects and the changes of PaO2,PaCO2 of both groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The efficiency and total efficiency in observation group （42.9%,90.5%） were obviously lower than those in the control group（25.4%,69.8%）（P〈0.05）;There were no differences of PaO2, PaCO2 in both groups before treatment（P〉0.05）,PaO2 was significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment between the two groups,and PaCO2 was lower after treatment than that before treatment,and PaO2,PaCO2 in observation group were better than those in control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese combined western medicine therapy is effective,safe and less adverse reactions in the treatment of COPD with respiratory failure,which is worthy of promotion and application.
