结节性甲状腺肿瘤50例手术治疗分析

目的 探讨甲状腺全切除术治疗结节性甲状腺肿瘤的疗效.方法 选择2010年10月～2012年10月在本院住院的50例结节性甲状腺肿瘤患者（恶性肿瘤20例,良性肿瘤30例）,两组均采用甲状腺全切除手术,观察围术期指标与预后情况.结果 两组均顺利完成手术,无死亡患者.随访半年,恶性肿瘤组出现7例并发症,良性肿瘤出现2例并发症,两组并发症比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.良性肿瘤组的手术时间、术中出血量与住院时间均明显优于恶性肿瘤组（P＜0.05）.良性肿瘤组的治疗效果明显优于甲恶性肿瘤组（P＜0.05）.结论 结节性甲状腺肿瘤当前在中国的发病率逐渐增高,甲状腺切除手术治疗良性肿瘤可取得更好的效果.

The surgical treatment analysis for 50 cases of nodular thyroid tumors

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the surgical treatment of nodular thyroid tumors. Methods Select- ed 50 cases with nodular thyroid cancer （20 cases of cancer, 30 cases of benign tumors） in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2012,all patients were given total thyroidectomy surgery,the perioperative indicators and prognosis were observed. Results Both groups were completed surgery and had no deaths.Followed-up for six months,malignant tumor group of 7 cases of serious complications,benign tumor group in 2 cases of complications,two groups of compli- cations contrasted had significantly different （P〈0.05）.The surgery time,blood loss and hospital stay of the benign tumor group were significantly less than the malignant tumor group （P〈0.05）.The effectiveness of the benign tumor group were significantly better than that in the malignant tumor group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of nodular thyroid tumors in China was gradually increased,the thyroidectomy for benign tumors can achieve better results.
