临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用效果观察

目的 探讨临床护理管理中分层次管理的应用效果.方法 选取本院120名护理人员作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组60名.其中实验组采取分层次管理模式进行护理管理,对照组按照常规的管理模式进行护理管理.对两组护理人员在管理前后的理论知识掌握水平和实际操作能力以及患者的满意度等情况进行比较.结果 进行分层次管理后实验组理论掌握水平和实际操作能力以及患者的满意度都要明显好于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在临床护理管理中进行分层次管理可以使护理人员的理论水平和实际操作能力得到明显提高,还可以提高患者对护理工作的满意度,具有临床推广价值.

Observation of application effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management

Objective To investigate the application effect of hierarchical management in the clinical nursing manage- ment. Methods A total of 120 nursing staffs of our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 60 nursing staffs in each group. The experimental group re- ceived hierarchical management mode and the control group received conventional management mode. The theoretical levels, practical ability and patient satisfaction of the two groups before and after the management were compared.Re- suits After the implementation of hierarchical management, the theoretical level, practical ability and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management can significantly improve the theoretical level and practical ability of nursing staffs and can also improve the patients＇ satisfaction to nursing work, it has clinical promotion value.
