人工流产与药物流产对再次妊娠并发症的影响

目的观察人T流产与药物流产对再次妊娠并发症的影响，比较两种方法的安全性。方法选取2011年1月～2012年12月本科收治的178例曾行人工流产和180例药物流产史的孕产妇为研究对象，同时以200例无流产史的正常孕产妇体对照，比较3组孕产妇孕产期并发症的发生情况。结果人工流产与药物流产组的先兆流产和前置胎盘发生率明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）。产后出血、胎盘残留以及胎盘粘连发生率较对照组高（P〈0．05）。过期妊娠、胎膜早破、胎儿窘迫的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。药物流产组产后出血发生率明显低于人工流产组。结论流产术可增高育龄妇女再次妊娠和分娩过程中并发症的发生率，药物流产较人工流产者再次妊娠并发症发生率低。

Effect the complications of artificial abortion and drug abortion

Objective To observe and to compare the effect of artificial abortion and drug abortion on subsequent pregnancy complications. Methods 178 cases of pregnant women whom were treated with artificial abortion and 180 cases of patients with a history of medicine abortion from 2011 January to 2012 December were selected,and 200 normal pregnant women without abortion history were selected as control group,the maternal pregnancy complications in the three groups were compared. Results The incidence for placenta previa and the threatened abortion in artificial abortion and drug abortion group were significantly higher than that in normal control group （P〈0.05）,the rate of post- partum hemorrhage,placenta and placenta adhesion formation were also higher than in the control group （P〈0.05）.But there were no statistical significance for the rate of prolonged pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes and fetal distress （P〉0.05）.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in drug abortion group was significantly lower than that of artificial abortion group. Conclusion Abortion could increases the probability of complications of pregnancy and childbirth in childbearing age women.The rate of subsequent pregnancy complications of drug abortion was lower than that of artificial abortion.
