依达拉奉对急性颅脑外伤手术患者的脑保护作用研究

摘    要:目的 观察超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨依达拉奉对急性颅脑外伤患者的脑保护作用.方法 选取2010年12月~2012年12月来本院就诊的48例急性颅脑外伤手术患者,随机分为观察组(24例)和对照组(24例),两组均给予开颅血肿清除术和常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上于开始手术时即静脉输注依达拉奉30 mg,半小时内输注完毕,连续4d,在术前(T0)、术毕(T1)、术后1 d(T2)、术后2d(T3)、术后4 d(T4)分别监测血清SOD活性和MDA浓度.结果 两组患者SOD活性在T1、T2、T3、T4与T0比较均明显增加(P<0.05),且观察组SOD活性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组MDA浓度在T1、T2、T3、T4与T0比较均下降明显(P<0.05),且观察组MDA浓度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 依达拉奉可以升高SOD活性,降低MDA浓度,治疗急性颅脑损伤患者有较好的效果,可以改善患者预后,提高生存质量,值在临床上推广应用.

The cerebral protective effect study of yidalaphon for the patients with acute craniocerebral trauma operation

Abstract:Objective To observe the content changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) and discuss the cerebral protective effect of yidalaphon for the patients with acute traumatic brain injury. Methods 48 pa- tients with acute brain trauma in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into ob- servation group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases),the two groups were treated with craniotomy and routine treat- ment.The observation group was given yidalaphon (30 rag) by intravenous infusion,and completed within half an hour, continuous for 4 days.The concentration of serum SOD and MDA among the treatment (T0),surgery completed(Tj),post- operative 2 d(T2),postoperative 2 d(T3),postoperative 4 d(T4) were monitored. Results The two sets of SOD activity was activity increased in T1,T2,T3,T4 compared with To (P〈0.05),and the activity of SOD between T1,T2,T3,T4 in observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05);the MDA concentration of T1,T2,T3,T4 in the two groups were decreased significantly compared with To (P〈0.05),but MDA concentration of T1,T2,T3,T4 in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Yidalaphon can increase the activity of SOD,decreased the concentration of MDA and it can improves the prognosis of patients with acute traumatic brain in- jury and their quality of life,it is worth to be applied in clinical.
