护理质量控制对外科患者术后疼痛的影响

目的观察护理质量控制对外科患者术后疼痛的影响。方法将2011年7月～2012年7月本院外科收治的外科术后患者120例分成对照组和实验组，对照组患者接受常规护理，实验组患者在常规护理的基础上．从健康教育、基础护理、情绪控制、合理用药等几方面进行护理质量控制，根据疼痛的级别对两组护理效果进行评估。结果实验组诉无痛12例、轻微疼痛35例、中等疼痛12例、剧烈疼痛1例，对照组诉无痛3例、轻微疼痛16例、中等疼痛31例、剧烈疼痛10例，实验组明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论采取护理质量控制能提高患者对术后疼痛的耐受性，进而提高患者的生活质量，促进手术康复。

Influence of nursing quality control on postoperative pain of surgical patients

Objective To observe the influence of nursing quality control on postoperative pain of surgical patients. Methods According to nursing methods,120 cases of postoperative patients treated in our surgical department from July 2011 to July 2012 were divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and the patients in experiment group were given nursing quality control from the health education,basic nursing,emotional control,rational drug use and other aspects on the basis of conventional nursing.And the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated and compared according to the pain level. Results In the experimental group,no pain occurred in 12 cases,slight pain occurred in 35 cases,moderate pain occurred in 12 cases,severe pain oc- curred in 1 case.In the control group,no pain occurred in 3 cases,slight pain occurred in 16 cases,moderate pain oc- curred in 31 cases,severe pain occurred in 10 cases.The experimental group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing quality control can improve postoperative pain tolerance of patients,and then improve life quality of patients,and promote rehabilitation of operation.
