脑出血合并神经源性肺水肿的相关危险因素分析

目的 探讨脑出血合并神经源性肺水肿（NPE）的相关危险因素.方法 选择2008年9月～2012年9月入住本院的80例NPE患者作为观察组,另外选择同期入住本院的80例单纯性脑疾病患者作为对照组,筛选出NPE的相关危险因素.结果 对照组与观察组在性别、年龄、格拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）以及血清高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）等方面差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组患者心率（HR）、脑钠肽（BNP）以及组织因子（TF）明显高于对照组,氧合指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）；经多元Logistic回归分析,HR、BNP、TF及氧合指数为引起NPE的独立危险因素.结论 HR、BNP、TF及氧合指数是引起NPE的独立危险因素,应加强对上述指标的监测.

Analysis of the related risk factors in cerebral hemorrhage with neurogenic pulmonary edema

Objective To study the related risk factors in cerebral hemorrhage with neurogenic pulmonary edema （NPE）.nethods 80 patients with NPE in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2012 were selected for the observation group,other 80 patients with simple brain disease in our hospital at the same time were selected for the control group.The relative factors of NPE were screened from the study.Results Sex,Age,GCS score and hs-CRP had no statistical difference between the observation group and the control group （P〉0.05）;HR,BNP and TF in the observa- tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）;oxygenation index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.HR,BNP,TF and oxygenation index were the independent factors for NPE after logistic regression analysis.Conclusion HR,BNP,TF and oxygenation index are the independent factors for NPE after logistic regression analysis,and should be monitored for NPE patients.
