超长方案在PCOS患者IVF-ET中的应用及其疗效评价

目的 探讨超长方案在多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）不孕患者体外受精-胚胎移植术（IVF-ET）中的应用及其疗效.方法 选取本院收治的160例PCOS不孕患者,均行IVF-ET助孕,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组采用超长方案治疗,对照组采用常规长方案治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的受精率、卵裂率、临床妊娠率、着床率、抱婴率、流产率、优质胚胎率、用药天数、HCG日孕酮水平及治疗费用.结果 观察组治疗后受精率、卵裂率、临床妊娠率、着床率、抱婴率、优质胚胎率高于对照组,流产率、HCG日孕酮水平及治疗费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 PCOS不孕患者在IVF-ET中采用超长方案可明显改善妊娠结局,减轻经济负担.

Application and effect evaluation of super long project in IVF-ET of patients with PCOS

Objective To investigate the application and effect of super long project in vitro fertilization-embryo trans- fer （IVF-ET） of patients with polyeystie ovary syndrome （PCOS）.Methods 160 patients with PCOS were selected and received IVF-ET in our hospital,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 80 cases.The observation group was used super long project treatment,the control group was used routine long project treatment.The fertility rate,cleavage rate,clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,holding infants rate,abortion rate,pre- mium embryo rate,days of medication,HCG serum progesterone level and treatment cost of two groups after treatment were compared.Results The fertility rate,cleavage rate,clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,holding infants rate and premium embryo rate of observation group after treatment were higher than those of control group,and the abortion rate, HCG serum progesterone level and treatment cost of observation group after treatment were lower than those of control group,there were significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Super long project in IVF-ET of patients with PCOS can improve the pregnancy outcome and reduce the economic burden of patients.
