摘    要:目的探究临床患者反复呼吸道感染的病因,为相关诊断治疗提供依据。方法选取2011年5月-2013年5月本院收治的反复呼吸道感染患者72例为研究组.选取相同年龄段健康小儿72例为对照组。分析两组对象在营养状况、微量元素、血常规、先天性疾病等方面的差异。结果研究组患儿住院行积极治疗,均向好的方向转归或痊愈.未出现不良事件。两组在营养状况、微量元素、血常规、先天性疾病等方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),基础营养状况差、微量元素缺乏、抵抗力低下、合并小儿先天性疾病的患儿更容易发生反复感染。结论在同等年龄范围内,加强小儿营养,完善饮食结构,避免出现微量元素缺乏,提高小儿的自身免疫力,对预防小儿反复呼吸道感染有积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the etiology of patients with recurrent respiratory infection and offer basis for related clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods 72 patients with recurrent respiratory infection admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected as research group. Seventy two healthy children of same age were selected as control group. The nutrition status, microelement examination, routine blood test, and congenital diseases of all objects were compared. Results After active treatment, all the inpatient children inresearch group received better outcome or cure with no adverse events occurred. There were significant differences between two groups in nutrition status, microelement examination, routine blood test, and congenital disease (P〈0.05). The children with worse basic nutrition status, lack of trace elements, lower resistance, and comorbid congenital diseases were more susceptible to recurrent infection. Conclusion For children in the same age range, strengthening their nutrition, improving their diet structure, avoiding lack of microelement, and enhancing their autoimmunity has a great effect in prevention of recurrent respiratory infection.
