闭合复位和外固定支架治疗桡骨骨折的效果比较

目的探讨外固定支架治疗桡骨骨折的临床效果。方法将96例桡骨骨折患者随机分为观察组（52例）和对照组（44例），分别给予外固定支架及石膏外固定治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组骨折复位优良率为96．15％，明显高于对照组的45．45％（P〈0．05）；观察组患者功能恢复优良率为94．23％，明显高于对照组的47．73％（P〈0．05）。结论外固定支架治疗桡骨骨折具有复位效果好、功能恢复快等优点，适合基层医院推广应用。

Contrastive research in the efficacies of closed reduction and external fixation on radius fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of external fixation support in the treatment of radius fractures. Methods 96 cases of patints with radius fracture were divided into the observation group （with 52 cases） and the control group （with 44 cases）, two groups were treated with external fixation supports and external fixation with gypsum respectively. The treatment effects of both groups were observed. Results The excellent rate of fracture reduction in observation group was 96.15%, significantly higher than 45.45% of the control group （P〈0.05）. And the excellent rate of functional recovery was 94.23%, significantly higher than 47.73% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion External fixation support has good reduction effects, quick functional recovery and other qualities in treatment of radius fracture, is worth promotion and application in local hospitals.
