摘    要:社会的变迁、科技与信息的快速发展,医疗消费者的需求提升,临床护理人员的专业能力面对高度挑战。反思是整合理论知识与实务的重要工具,目前反思日记在护理教育训练中的运用有增加的趋势。临床上以学习者为中心的教学理念,反思日记可以强化学习者护理专业批判性思考能力、沟通能力与问题处理能力,提供适当的护理措施与提升患者的护理质量。本文主要介绍反思的定义、反思学习的步骤与技巧、反思日记的撰写步骤与技巧、反思日记的执行策略,希望有助于临床教学方法的改进,提升临床护理学习人员的专业护理能力。

Abstract:Social changes,rapid development of information technology,medical consumer demand improved,clinical nurses face a high degree of professional competence challenges.Reflection is the integration of theoretical knowledge and practice an important tool,the current use of reflective diary in nursing education and training there is an increasing trend.Conforming to learner-centered teaching philosophy in clinical practice,reflection diary can strengthen nursing learners' critical thinking skills,communication skills and ability to deal with the problem,provide appropriate nursing measures and enhance the quality of care of patients.This article will introduce the definition of reflection,reflective learning's steps and skills, reflective learning's steps and skills,reflection diary writing process,skills,execution strategy so as to improve clinical teaching method and enhance the professional nursing ability of clinical nursing learners.
