颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血的临床观察

摘    要:目的 探讨颅内血肿微创清除术在治疗脑出血中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2011年3月~2013年3月本院收治的100例脑出血患者的临床资料,并按照治疗方式分为对照组和实验组,对照组行内科保守治疗,实验组行颅内血肿微创清除术,比较两组患者的治疗效果及神经功能恢复情况.结果 实验组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),死亡率低于对照组患者(P<0.05);经治疗12周后,实验组患者神经功能缺损评分较对照组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颅内血肿微创清除术治疗脑出血颅内血肿效果显著且患者神经功能恢复更快,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the applying value of minimally invasive cleaning of intracranial hematoma for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,admitted to our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013,were selected and assigned into control group (received conservative treatment of internal medicine) and trial group (received minimally invasive cleaning of intracranial hematoma) according to the mode of treatment.Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The curative effect and recovery level of neural function of patients in two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in trial group was obviously higher than that of the control group,mortality of patients was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the neural function defect score of patients in trial group was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P〈0.05).Conclusion For cerebral hemorrhage,minimally invasive cleaning of intracranial hematoma has remarkable effect,can more quickly re- cover the neural functional,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
