膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果观察

目的 探讨膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者82例,将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗,对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术进行治疗.结果 观察组优良率（90.2％）明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患者手术时间、切口长度、住院时间以及骨折愈合时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 膝关节镜联合复位内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折效果显著,值得临床推广.

Curative effect observation of knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation in treatment of tibial plateau fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixa- tion in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods 82 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were received knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation treatment, the control group were received traditional open reduction and internal fixation treatment.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group （90.2%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;The surgical time, incision length,hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;Complications of two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Knee arthroscopy combined with reduction and internal fixation shows remarkable curative effect in treatment of tibial plateau fracture,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
