120例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床治疗分析

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法将120例咳嗽变异性哮喘的患儿随机分为观察组60例、对照组60例。观察组给予口服孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬进行治疗，对照组给予口服酮替酚联合盐酸丙卡特罗进行治疗，治疗时间持续2周。结果观察组的总有效率为98．3％，明显高于对照组的78．3％；观察组的总复发率为5．0％，明显低于对照组的16．7％（P〈0.05）。结论孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗4,JL咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果较好，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical treatment analysis of cough variant asthma in 120 children

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen treating cough variant asthma in children. Methods 120 children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the observation group （n=60） and the control group （n=60） .Oral montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen were given in the observation group while oral ketotifen combined with procaterol hydrochloride were given in the control group.The treatment lasted for two weeks, repeated the author can follow-up treatment. Results The total effective rate （98.3%） of the observation group was significantly higher than that （78.3%） of the control group;the total recurrence rate （5.0%） of the observation group was significantly lower than that （16.7%） of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen treating cough variant asthma in children is better with lower recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
