摘    要:目的:考察微波提取法提取桐桔梗多糖的最佳工艺。方法:以多糖含量及多糖得率的综合评分为评价指标,通过考察微波功率、微波时间、提取次数、料液比等因素对该工艺的影响,通过正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果:正交试验表明,微波功率1800 W、微波时间8 min、提取3 次、料液比1:15 为桐桔梗多糖的最佳工艺条件。结论:该工艺高效、稳定,为桐桔梗多糖的研究奠定基础。

Abstract:This study was aimed to select the best microwave extraction craft conditions of polysaccharide from Radix platycodonis. The composite scores of polysaccharide content and yield rate were used as evaluation indexes. By examining the impact of microwave power, microwave time, extraction times and solid-liquid ratio on crafts, the best craft conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The orthogonal test showed that when the microwave power was 1800 W, microwave time was 8 min, extraction times were 3, solid-liquid ratio was 1:15, the composite scores were the highest and the extraction craft conditions were the best. It was concluded that the crafts are efficient and stable.It had laid a foundation for the further study on polysaccharide from Radix platycodonis.
