| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同途径经皮冠状动脉介入诊断（CAG）和治疗（PCI）的非心脏并发症和心脏相关并发症发生原因及防治措施。方法 收集2003年9月-2006年5月山西省人民医院行CAG和PCI的病人443例，其中经股动脉CAG 126例。其中PCI 78例。经桡动脉CAG 317例，其中PCI 131例。回顾性分析比较两种途径CAG和PCI并发症发生率及处理分析。结果 发生各种并发症18例。其中心脏并发症8例（经股动脉7例，经桡动脉1例）。心脏并发症10例（经股动脉4例，经桡动脉6例）。结论 经桡动脉非心脏并发症显著减少，而两途径心脏相关并发症无差别。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the complication of percutaneous coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) by transradial artery (TRA) and transfemoral artery (TFA) access.Methods From 2003 to 2006,CAG and PCI was performed in 443 patients (pts). The complications were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 18 pts with complications and among them 8 pts with non-heart complications (7 pts by TFA and 1 patient by TRA). There were 10 pts with heart complications (4 pts by TFA and 6 pts by TRA).Conclusion Non-heart complications were few by TRA access. Heart complications were similar by TRA and TFA access. |
