肺泡蛋白沉着症的影像学表现及鉴别诊断

目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉着症（PAP）的X线和CT表现，以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析我院5例经病理及临床证实的肺泡蛋白沉着症患者的X线及CT征象。结果PAP肺部影像表现呈多样化，X线平片呈非特异性的弥漫分布的肺泡实变影或磨玻璃影，CT表现可归纳为：地图样表现、碎石路样表现、肺实变表现、肺水肿样表现以及肺间质纤维化表现等。胸部影像表现与临床症状常不吻合。结论肺部影像尤其是HRCT可以充分显示肺泡蛋白沉着症的特点，也是随访观察临床疗效和预后的最重要指标之一，临床和影像相结合可以有效确诊本病。

Imaging Findings and Differential Diagnosis of Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis
