| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消栓通络胶囊结合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期的疗效。方法：应用消栓通络胶囊结合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期33例，并与中药灌肠治疗的31例作对照。结果：应用中药灌肠可达到降低肌酐的效果，联合应用消栓通络胶囊对血肌酐的影响更明显，并且有降低血脂的作用。结论：消栓通络胶囊结合中药灌肠治疗慢性肾功能不全失代偿期具有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:Observe the curative effect of the decompensation period of chronic renal failure treated by Xiaoshuan Tongluo(XSTL) capsule combined traditional Chinese drugs(TCD) enema.Methods:Apply XSTL capsule combined TCD enema to 33 cases of chronic renal failure in decompensation period,compare which with 31 cases treated with TCD enema.Result:TCD enema can reduce creatinine,there's more effect on blood creatinine combined XSTL capsule and the combination can lower blood fat.Conclusion:The combination of XSTL capsule and TCD enema has marked curative effect on decompensatin period of chronic renal failure. |
