A型血与缺血性脑血管病

作者于1987年5月～1987年9月,通过对黑龙江省宁安县的三个乡32962人口的脑血管病流行病学调查,查出205例脑血管病患者,并为其中167例脑血管病患者做了血型测定(占81.4％)。发现A型血130例(占77.8％),其中脑血栓形成12。例(占61.1％),B型血34例(占20.3％),O型血3例(占1.8％)。A型血占多数,并与人群ABO血型分布构成比的差别有极显著差异,P值<0.001。故我们认为A型血可做为脑血管病的危险因素之一,并对A型血的人易患脑血管病,尤其缺血性脑血管病形成多的原因进行了探讨。

Relationship between blood A and ischemic cerebrovacular diseases

This article has taken a epidemiclogic investigation of cerebrovascular disease of 32,962 people in Ningan county, Heilongjiang province.205 patients with cerebrovascuar was found.Blood group examinations have been done in 167 patients (81.4%) .It was found that 136 patients with blood group A (77.8%) .Among them 120 patients with cerebral thrombosis (61.1%); 34 patients with blood group B(20.3%)and 3 patients with blood group 0 (1.8%) .The amount of the patients with blood group A is the most among all the patients.There is a significant difference between the patients with blood group A and the patients with other blood group (P<0.003) .We speculated that blood group A is one of the dangerous factors of cerebrovascular diseases.Finally,why a person with blood group A is attacted with cerebrovascular diseaes easily and why there is a higher incidence of ischemic cerebrovasclar disease among population with blood group A are discussed.
