腮腺良性肿瘤手术37例分析

目的探讨腮腺良性肿瘤手术方式、手术范围及预后。方法对甘孜州人民医院口腔科1998—2006年间行解剖面神经的腮腺良性肿瘤切除术37例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果本组37例术后并发暂时性面神经麻痹2例，无腮腺瘘及Frey综合征，术后随访6个月～2年无复发。结论区域性切除术在治疗腮腺良性肿瘤及体积较小的多形性腺瘤中能够保证手术的安全切除，保存腺体功能，预防面部凹陷畸形，降低手术并发症的发生。

C1inical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of 42 Cases with Benign Partoid Tumors

Objective To discuss the relationship of surgical treatment of benjgn parotid tumors with surgical procedures,the extension and the therapeutic effects.Methods A retrospective study was carried out among 37 cases with benign parotid tumors undergone surgical treatment in our clinic from 1998 to 2006.Results Amonc the 37 cases undergone superfieial parotidectomy,2 case were complicated with sustained prosopoplegia.No one was met with Frey's syndrome or parotid fistula in this group of cases and none was seen with the lesion reoccurred during the following up period lasted for 6 months to 8 years.Conclusion The operative method ensured safe incial margin,parotid funetion and the facial contour,reducing various kinds of compljcations.
