| 摘 要： | 目的:观察DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TOPOⅡ)在食管癌的表达,初步探讨其临床生物学意义。方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测原发性食管癌103例,其中鳞状细胞癌100例,腺癌3例和癌周正常黏膜组织32例TOPOⅡ的表达。结果:TOPOⅡ在食管癌的表达明显高于癌周组织,癌周鳞状上皮基细胞可见少数核阳性表达。鳞状细胞癌高于腺癌的表达。食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度与TOPOⅡ的表达呈正相关。结论:TOPOⅡ在食管癌周的表达早于食管癌分生过程中的细胞形态变化,可能成为食管癌发生的早期标志物。TOPOⅡ食管癌表达低,符合其比食管鳞状细胞预后差,对放疗、化疗不敏感的事实。TOPOⅡ在高中分化食管鳞状细胞癌的表达低分化者,提示食管癌高分化者对拓扑异构酶抑制剂化疗药敏感、预后好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pattarn of expression and clinical significance of topoisomerase Ⅱ(TOPOⅡ)in esophageal carcinoma.Methods 103 cases of primary esophageal carcinoma and 3 cases of normal esophageal epithelia were studied for the expression of TOPOⅡ by means of S-P immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of TOPOⅡ was higher in esophageal carcinoma than in normal esophageal epithelia There was a tendency of positive correlation between defferentiated degrees of squamous carcinoma and dxpression of TOPOⅡ.Conclusion TOPOⅡ may serve as an early marker for the development of esophageal carcinoma.The expression of TOPOⅡ may be of significant clinical value in the chemotherapy design. |
