| 摘 要： | 脑出血后血肿扩大是一种重要的临床现象 ,严重地影响着患者的预后。文章对脑出血后血肿扩大的判定标准、发生率、危险因素及与神经症状加重的关系进行了综述 ,并简要介绍了相应的防治进展。

| Abstract: | Hematoma enlargement of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is an important clinical phenomenon. It seriously influences prognosis. This article reviews the diagnostic criteria, incidence and risk factors of hematoma enlargement and the correlation between hematoma enlargement and neurological deterioration, and also briefly introduces the progress of prophylaxis against hematoma enlargement. |
