“Z”型截骨术治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的生物力学评价

摘    要:目的:为作者设计的治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤新术式(“Z”型截骨术),提供生物力学基础。方法:采用8侧青年新鲜尸体上肢标本,用MTS试验机控制加载,用压敏片方法测压力。分析“Z”形截骨术对尺侧腕传递载荷功能的影响。结果:尺骨正向变异后腕关节在各种位置尺侧腕间隙测的压力均较正常标本高。“Z”型截骨术后,尺骨传递轴向载荷的量接近正常标本水平。结论:“Z”型截骨术符合局部解剖及生物力学要求。

Abstract:Objective:To provide biomechanical basis for a new ki nd of osteotomy proposed by author for the treatment triangular fibrocartilage complex lesions. Methods:Eight upper extremities were taken from fresh yo ung adult cadaveric spec imens.During these experiments,100-N axial loads controlled by MTS universal te sting machine were applied across the wrist joint at each position.The force thr ough ulna was measured by means of pressure sensitive film and calculated by com puter.The force transmitted to the ulnar carpus after "Z" shape osteotomy were investigated.Result:After the ulna was lengthen,the axi al load across the wrist joint increased at each position.After the "Z" shape osteotomy was performed, axial load transmitted by ulna dropped close to the level of the normal specimen s.Conclusion:The "Z" shape osteotomy procedure could a ccord with the requirement of topography and biomechanics.
