退行性心脏瓣膜病的相关因素探讨

目的 :探讨退行性心脏瓣膜病 (DCVD)的患者因素与临床特点。方法 :选择 2 68例心脏病患者按年龄分为 3组 ,经心脏超声诊断仪检查 ,检出DCVD 75例 ,分析DCVD与年龄和高血压、冠心病、糖尿病等合并疾病以及血脂等因素的关系。结果 :5 0～ 5 9岁组与 60～ 69岁组及 70岁以上组DCVD检出率随年龄增长而增多 ,经统计学分析差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。DCVD合并高血压心脏病、冠心病及糖尿病者最多 ,并伴有血糖、血脂及C 反应蛋白 (CRP)的升高。结论 :DCVD可能是机体老化与其他因素共同引起的疾病。

Approaches to related factors for degenerated cardiac valvular disease

Objective:To explore the factors of patient's with degenerated cardiac valvular disease (DCVD) and it's clinical features.Methods:268 patients with heart disease were collected and were assigned to three age groups.75 patients were diagnosed with DCVD by using ultrasonocardiography (UCG).Then the correlations of DCVB with the ages,complications like hypertension,coronary heart disease and diabetes,and blood lipids were analysed.Results:The prevalence of DCVD was getting higher as the ages of patients became older in the groups aging 50 to 59 years,60 to 69 years and the group over 70 year (P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference among the three groups.The most common complications with DCVD were hypertensive heart disease,coronary heart disease and diabetes.Increased blood glucose,lipids and C-reactive protein were also present.Conclusions:DCVD might be a disease jointly induced by aging and other factors.
