NLP语言沟通程序应用于医院药学保健模式初探

本文基于对NLP(神经语言程序学)的思考模式、检定语言法、不同沟通形式效果等的分析,探讨了将NLP沟通模式和技巧应用于提升药师语言沟通能力的可行性及实用性。通过这种新型沟通模式,帮助药师更有效地感知患者的需求,加强情绪管理,不但强化了药师的沟通能力,也增强了其药学服务意识。期待这种新模式设想能为药师做好药学服务提供参考依据。

Study of NLP on the pharmaceutical care mode in hospital

On the analysis of thinking modes,meta model of language and effects from various communication tactics of NLP( Nuero Linguistic Programming) ,the paper discusses the feasibility and pragmatic aspect of the application of NLP communication modes and tactics among pharmacists in order to enhance their communicating capability. With the new communication mode,pharmacists are able to perceive the demands of patients in a more humane and efficient way, and to strengthen the mood control as well. Therefore,both the communicating capability and service consciousness of pharmacists are to be promoted. With this new model hypothesis,a certain reference basis is expected to be provided for the research on the method and decision of pharmaceutical care in our hospital.
