胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病的临床疗效观察

目的比较持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSII)法和传统的多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗法对1型和2型糖尿病患者的短期疗效。方法糖尿病患者64例(1型糖尿病18例,2型糖尿病46例),随机分为CSII组和对照组,CSII组给予胰岛素泵持续皮下注射短效诺和灵,对照组于三餐前皮下注射短效诺和灵和睡前注射中效诺和灵。结果两组达到相同的血糖水平时,CSII组所需的治疗时间、胰岛素用量以及低血糖发生率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素泵强化治疗能更有效地模拟生理胰岛素的分泌,更快、更有效地控制高血糖,减少血糖波动和低血糖的发生。

Therapeutic effect of insulin pump in patients with diabetes

Objective To compare the short-term effects of continuous subcutaneous insulin injection(CSII) and traditional intermittent subcutaneous injection of insulin in the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetic patients.Methods 64 diabetic patients including 18 type 1 and 46 type 2,were randomly divided into CSII group and control group.In CSII group,the short-acting novolin was subcutaneously infused with insulin pump continuously.In control group,the short-acting novolin was subcutaneously infected before three meals a day and medium acting novolin was subcutaneously injected before sleep.Results The blood glucose reached the same level in both groups.However,the therapeutic time,insulin dosage and insulin induced hypoglycemia incidence in the CSII group were obviously lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive treatment using insulin pump infusion could imitate the physiological secretion of insulin,control the blood glucose level more effectivly and rapidly,and decrease fluctuation range of blood glucose level and incidence of hypoglycemia reaction.
