2004-2008年陕西省富县结核病疫情特征与防治工作现状

目的了解《全国结核病防治规划（2001-2010）》实施后，陕西省富县结核病疫情分布及防治工作现状，进而为改进和提高规划实施工作提供依据。方法对2004-2008年陕西省富县就诊登记的424例肺结核病特征及防治工作现状进行分析。结果陕西省富县结核病疫情时问分布主要集中于7～12月，占54．95％；农村明显高于城镇；15-54岁为结核病高发人群，占66．04％，男性多于女性，男女之比为1．77：1；病例型别以Ⅲ型为主，占82．78％。初治与复治涂阳病人治愈率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论痰菌阴转率随着治疗的月份增加而提高；新涂阳病人发现率、涂阳病人治愈率均达到了规划指标。

Epidemiological Characteristics and Control Status of Tuberculosis in Fu County of Shanxi Province during 2004-2008

Objective ] To understand the distribution of tuberculosis （ TB ） epidemic and its control status after the implementation of ＂TB control planning of China （ 2001-2010 ） ＂, so as to provide evidence for improving and enhancing the implementation and planning. Methods]The epidemiological characteristics for 424 clinic registered cases of tuberculosis and the control status in Fu County of Shannxi province during 2004-2008 was analyzed. Results ] The main distribution of the TB epidemic concentrated during July to December, occupied 54.95% ; cases in rural area were much more than in urban area. TB high-risk population was 15 N 54 years age group, occupied 66.04%, male cases was more than female, the ratio was 1.77 ： 1 ; type of cases to the main was Type Ⅲ, accounted for 82.78%. The difference of curative rate between smear-positive patients and the retreated patients was sig nificant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] Sputum negative conversion rate increased with month increasing of treatment. Detection rate of new smear-positive patients and curative rate of smear - positive patients have achieved the planning targets.
