| 摘 要： | 外科手术治疗是食管癌治疗中最重要的手段，虽然近年来在手术操作和围手术期处理取得很大的进步，食管癌术后仍可能发生严重的并发症。消化道重建是食管癌手术关键操作步骤之一，与围手术期并发症和患者预后密切相关。食管癌术后重建方法的选择应根据肿瘤分期、部位、全身情况以及手术医师的经验个体化选择。

| Abstract: | Surgery remains the cornerstone of treatment for esophageal cancer, although improvements have been made in surgical maneuvers and perioperative care , serious complications still occur after operation. The reconstruction of alimentary tract is a key procedure to ensure success of operation, it is related to perioperative complication and prognosis. Selection of procedure should be individualized based on the stage and location of the disease , medical condition and the surgeon′s experience. |
