护理学专业课程混合式教学质量评价指标体系的构建

摘    要:目的 构建护理学专业课程混合式教学质量评价指标体系,促进护理学专业课程混合式教学质量的持续发展。方法 通过文献研究法、半结构式访谈法、德尔菲专家函询法及层次分析法,筛选指标并确定指标权重,构建护理学专业课程混合式教学质量评价指标体系。结果 2轮专家函询的专家积极程度分别为100%和91%,专家权威系数分别为0.915、0.921,协调系数分别为0.259、0.266(均P<0.01),构建的护理学专业课程混合式教学质量评价指标体系包含4项一级指标(教师、学生、教学设计、教学资源),13项二级指标和66项三级指标。结论 该指标体系设置合理、权重层次分明,具有较高的科学性和可靠性,经进一步验证后可作为护理学专业课程混合式教学质量的评价工具。

Abstract:Objective To construct a blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses, and to promote continuous development of blended teaching quality of nursing courses. Methods Through literature review, semi-structured interviews, Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierachy process, a blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses was established and the weights of the indexes were determined. Results The expert response rate of two rounds of was 100% and 91% respectively; the authority coefficient of experts 0.915 and 0.921 respectively, and the coordination cofficient 0.259 and 0.266 respectively (all P<0.01). The blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses consisted of 4 first-level indexes including teachers, students, teaching design and teaching resources,13 second-level indexes and 66 third-level indexes. Conclusion Being reliable and practical, the developed blended teaching quality evaluation index system for nursing courses is acceptable, and after further validation, it can be used to evaluate blended teaching quality for nursing courses.
