颅脑疾病鼻饲患者营养状况管理APP的建立与应用

摘    要:目的 建立颅脑疾病鼻饲患者营养状况管理APP并评价其应用效果。方法 将2018年1—6月收治的颅脑疾病鼻饲患者的90名主要照护者及其30名护理人员为对照组,采用常规护理及健康教育;2018年7—12月收治的颅脑疾病鼻饲患者的90名主要照护者及其30名护理人员为观察组,应用颅脑疾病鼻饲患者营养状况管理APP。结果 观察组营养风险筛查率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者营养状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的主要照护者及护理人员营养管理相关知识掌握程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 颅脑疾病鼻饲患者营养状况管理APP使护理评估更科学,提高了营养风险筛查率,增加了学习自主性,规范了护理流程,提高了护理质量,是颅脑疾病鼻饲患者营养状况的有效管理工具。

Abstract:Objective To develop a nasogastric nutrition management APP for patients with cerebral diseases and evaluate its effects. Methods Ninety patients' primary caregivers admitted from January to June in 2018 and their 30 nursing staffs were involved as the control group and routine nursing care and health education were provided, while another 90 patients' primary caregivers and their 30 nursing staffs were included in the experimental group from July to December in 2018, and nasogastric nutrition management APP was promoted among them. Results The screening rate of nutritional risk in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05) and nutritional status of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Nutrition management knowledge of primary caregivers and nursing staffs in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion With nasogastric nutrition management APP, nursing assessment becomes more scientific; the rate of nutrition risk screening increases; the nursing process is standardiezd, and quality of nursing is improved. It is an effective management tool for nasogastric nutrition management of patients with cerebral diseases.
