清热精化续嗣汤治疗男性附性腺炎不育的研究

目的探讨中药复方清热精化续嗣汤治疗男性附性腺炎不育的临床疗效。方法将80例附性腺炎不育患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组采用复方清热精化续嗣汤随证加减治疗,对照组采用抗生素联合ATP治疗,疗程3个月,随访6个月,观察6个月妊娠率、精液常规、前列腺按出液常规等。结果治疗组治愈12例(30%),显效18例(45%),有效8例(20%),总有效率95%。对照组治愈3例(8%),显效12例(30%),有效16例(40%),总有效率78%。2组治愈率和总有效率比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组患者精液质量、精子密度活率及活动力、液化延迟或不液化均有所改善,但治疗组各项指标改善明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论清热精化续嗣汤能全面改善附性腺炎不育患者的精液质量,从而可显著提高患者配偶受孕率。

Study of Qingre Jinghua Xusi decoction on male infertility caused by inflammation of accessory sex gland

Objective It is to approach the effectiveness of Chinese medicine Qingre Jinghua Xusi decoction on male infertility caused by inflammation of accessory sex gland.Methods 80 patients with inflammation of accessory sex gland were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group with 40 patients both sides.The treatment group was treated by Chinese medicine Qingre Jinghua Xusi decoction.The control group was treated by antibiotics and ATP.The period of treatment was 3 months,followed-up 6 months,and observed the gravid tare,the routine anlysis of semen and prostate.Results For the treatment group,12 cases were cured(30%),18 cases were excellent(45%),and 8 cases were operative(20%),the total effective rate was 95%.For the control group,3 patients were cured(8%),12 cases were excellent(30%),and 16 cases were operative(40%),the total effective rate was 78%.There were significant differences in the cured and total effective rates between both groups(P<0.05).The quality of semen,the semen density and activity,delayed or no liquefaction of Sperm were improved in both groups,but the improvement in treatment group was much better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Jinghua Xusi decoction can roundly improve the quality of semen of patients with inflammation of accessory sex gland,and improve the conception rate of patient's spouse significantly.
