2008—2010年乳山市居民脑卒中、冠心病疾病负担分析

目的应用疾病负担指标衡量乳山市脑卒中、冠心病的危害程度,定量估计疾病对健康状况的影响程度和经济损失。方法利用乳山市2008—2010年本地户籍的脑卒中、冠心病患者资料,计算脑卒中、冠心病的潜在寿命损失年(years of potential life lost,PYLL)、致残率、经济损失。结果乳山市脑卒中、冠心病的总体死亡率分别为167.71/10万、117.60/10万,平均每例因脑卒中、冠心病死亡的PYLL分别为10.34、10.02年,PYLL率(减寿率)为3.68‰、2.92‰。结论乳山市脑卒中、冠心病的死亡率随着年龄的增加而增加,男性高于女性;脑卒中的疾病负担和济负担均于冠心病;40岁以上的疾病负担总负担的90%以上。

Analysis on Disease Burden of Stroke and Coronary Heart Disease among Residents of Rushan City in 2008 -2010

Objective In this paper, indicators of disease burden were used to measure the hazards of stroke and coronary heart disease （CHD） in Rushan City, so as to quantitatively assess the influence of disease on human health and economic loss. Methods For local patients with stroke and eorenary heart disease in Rushan city in 2008 - 2010, their potential years life lost （ PYLL）, incidence of disability and economic loss were Calculated. Results The overall mortality was 167. 71/105 and 117.60/105 respectively in stroke and CHD among residents of Rushan city. PYLL was 10.34 andl0.02 years respectively due to stroke and CHD for each patient, and PYLL rates were 3.68%o and 2.92%o. Conclusions The mor- tality of stroke and CHD is increasing with age, higher in male than in female. Disease and economic burden of stroke is greater than that of CHD. For patients over the age of 40, disease burden accounts for more than 90% of the total burden.
