环磷腺苷葡胺对心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP的影响

摘    要:目的 研究环磷腺苷葡胺对心力衰竭患者的N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响,评价环磷腺苷葡胺治疗心力衰竭的疗效.方法 112例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为常规治疗组和环磷腺苷葡胺组各56例,分别测定治疗前及治疗10天后血浆NT-proBNP浓度并进行对比分析.结果 治疗前两组血浆NT-proBNP浓度无明显差异(15479±483) pg/ml vs (15682±395) pg/ml,P>O.05],治疗后两组血浆NT-proBNP浓度均较治疗前明显降低(6835±542)pg/ml vs(15479±483)pg/ml;(4528±416)pg/ml vs(15682±395)pg/ml,P<O.05],环磷腺苷葡胺组血浆NT-proBNP的浓度较常规治疗组降低更加明显(4528±416)pg/ml vs(6835±542)pg/ml,P<0.05)].结论 环磷腺苷葡胺可明显增强心肌收缩力,改善心脏泵血功能,可作为心衰治疗的辅助用药和新选择.

Effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate on N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in patients with heart failure

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate (MAC) on N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in patients with heart failure.Methods 112 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly assigned to conventional therapy group (56 cases) and MAC group (56 cases).Concentration of plasma NT-proBNP was detected and compared before treatment and after 10 days treatment.Results Concentration of plasma NT-proBNP before treatment between conventional therapy group and MAC group had no significant differences(15479 ± 483) pg/ml vs.(15682±395) pg/ml,P>0.05).Concentration of plasma NT-proBNP of each group was significantly lower than that before treatment respectivly(6835 ± 542) pg/ml vs.(15479 ± 483) pg/ml,(4528 ± 416) pg/ml vs.(15682±395) pg/ml,P<0.05],and the concentration of plasma NT-proBNP of MAC group decreased more significantly than that of conventional therapy group(4528±416) pg/ml vs.(6835±542) pg/ml,P<0.05].Conclusion Meglumine adenosine eyclophosphate can siginificantly enhance myocardial contractility,improve the blood-pumping function of heart,and can be used as assisting medicine and new choice for treating heart failure.
