门诊口服抗抑郁症药物应用分析

目的 探讨医院门诊口服抗抑郁药的应用现状和趋势,为临床管理和合理用药提供参考.方法 收集门诊口服抗抑郁药的消耗数据,用Excel对药物品种、用药频度（DDDs）、销售金额等进行统计和分析.结果 口服抗抑郁药的总体销售金额在逐年递增,DDDs同步性较好.其中占主导作用的是选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）类药物,已成为一线抗抑郁药.结论 医院口服抗抑郁药应用合理,疗效好且价格低的口服抗抑郁药具有良好的发展趋势.

Analysis of outpatient oral antidepressant drug application

Objective To provide reference for clinical management and rational use of drugs by study the application status and trends of oral antidepressants in one tertiary referral center.Methods Oral antidepressant medication consumption data of one tertiary referral center from 2010 to 2012 from the database,varieties of drugs,medication frequency （DDDs）,sales amount were statistically analyzed.Results The overall amount of sales of oral antidepressants in the hospital increased year by year had a good synchronization in DDDs.Conclusion The application of oral antidepressants in the ertiary referral center is rational,oral antidepressants with good effects and low price have a good trend in development.
