侵入咽旁间隙的腮腺肿瘤31例临床分析

目的 探讨提高侵入咽旁间隙的腮腺肿瘤诊断率及手术成功率。方法 根据31例侵入咽旁间隙的腮腺肿瘤的临床表现及CT或MRI检查结果,分别采用口内进路、颌后颌下进路、颌下进路及口内口外联合进路手术。结果31例手术全部成功。结论CT或MRI检查对咽旁间隙肿瘤鉴别诊断有十分重要意义,根据肿瘤性质、来源、位置、范围,采用不同的手术进路有助于提高手术成功率。

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 31 CASES OF PAROTID GLAND TUMORS WITH INTRAPARPHARYNGEAL SPACE

ve To seek for improving the confirmed diagnosis rate and surgical success rate of parotid gland tumors with intraparpharyngeal space. Method According to the clinical manifestation and examination by CT or MRI of 31 parotid gland tumors with intraparpharyngeal space, We had surgical treatments through transoral approach, retro- and sub-mandibular approach, submandibular approach, transoral and extraoral approach. Results 31 cases were success for surgical treatments. Conclusion The examination of CT or MRI was essential for identify diagnosis of intraparpharyngeal space tumors. Based on the property and origin and position and range of tumors, it was help for improving the surgical success rate through different surgical approach.
