雄激素对大鼠牙槽骨骨量的影响

目的：探讨去睾丸对大鼠牙槽骨骨量的影响。方法：24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组：假手术组（Con）、去睾丸组（ORX）和雄激素治疗组（TP）。除Con组外,其余行双侧睾丸摘除术。Con组和ORX组给予溶媒5ml/kg/d灌胃,TP组给予丙酸睾丸酮5mg/kg/d灌胃。实验12周后取大鼠的牙槽骨,脱钙,切片,染色,用骨形态计量学方法测量牙槽骨松质骨的骨量,计算牙槽骨的骨静态学参数。结果：与Con组相比较,ORX组牙槽骨骨小梁厚度降低（P〈0.05）,其他变化均不明显。结论：雄激素缺乏使大鼠牙槽骨有丢失趋势,但不明显。

Influence of Androgen on Alveoar Bone Mass

Objective：To investigate the influence of androgen on the alveolar bone mass in rats. Methods：Twenty four male rats were randomly divided into three groups. All of the rats were bilaterally orchectomied except for the control group. The control group and the ORX group were treated with vehicle,and the testosterone propionate（TP） group was treated with testosterone propionate at the dose of 5mg/kg/d through p.o for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks alveolar bone was dislodged,decalcified,and dyed. Static parameter of cancellous bone was measured by bone histomorphometry. Results：Compared with control group,there were no significant changes of %Tb.Ar,Tb.N and Tb.Sp on alveolar bone in ORX group. However,the Tb.Th markedly decreased 15.38%（P0.05） . Conclusion：Ovariectomied can induce alveolar bone loss but not significantly.
