| 摘 要： | 目的观察异长春花碱(NVB)、顺铂(DDP)静脉化疗与热疗联合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法 40例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组,观察组(20例)应用NVB 25 mg/m2,d1,8;DDP 75 mg/m2,d1,静脉化疗联合射频热疗.对照组(20例)仅予常规NP方案化疗.28 d为一周期,至少完成2周期.结果观察组PR 9例,有效率为45.0%;对照组PR 7例,有效率35.0%.两组生活质量改善情况差异有显著性(P<0.05).两组毒副反应相似,主要毒性为骨髓抑制以及胃肠道反应.结论 NP方案联合热疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是合理、方便、安全、有效的一种可行性方案,可以作为一线方案在临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of navelbine (NVB), cisplatin (DDP) and thermotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) .Methods Forty NSCLC patients were randomly divided into two groups Group one (20 cases) was treated with NP combined chemotherapy(NVB plus DDP) and thermotherapy: NVB 25 mg/m2, d1 and 8, DDP 75 mg/m2, d1; Group two (20 cases) were treated only with NP combined chemotherapy, twenty-eight days for a cycle. Results There were a PR and 45.0% effective rate in group one and 7 PR and 35.0 % effective rate in group two. The improvement of quality of life was significantly different between the two groups( P < 0.05). Conclusion NP combined chemotherapy and thermotherapy were effective, reasonable, safe and convenient for advanced NSCLC. |
