双氯芬酸乳胶剂颈部涂抹辅助治疗急性咽部炎症

目的 :探讨双氯芬酸乳胶剂颈前涂抹对急性咽部炎症的疗效和安全性。方法 :急性咽部炎症病人 3 0例在常规治疗基础上 ,加用双氯芬酸乳胶剂颈前皮肤局部涂抹 ,4g ,qid ,连用 3d ;另设对照组2 0例作常规治疗 ,仅用抗生素及中药口服。结果 :双氯芬酸组治疗后咽痛和吞咽疼痛分值下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组在治疗后 72h疼痛分值才有明显下降。治疗后 2 4h双氯芬酸组对疾病总有效率为 60% ,高于对照组 (2 0 % ,P <0 .0 5 )。 2组病人均未发现不良反应。结论 :双氯芬酸乳胶剂局部涂抹治疗急性咽部炎症 ,止痛有效 ,使用安全。

Topical application of diclofenac emulgel in treating acute pharyngeal inflammation

AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of diclofenac emulgel in treating acute pharyngeal inflammation. METHODS: Thirty patients (M 19, F 11; age 36 a± s 8 a) with acute pharygeal inflammation were treated with diclofenac emulgel topically, 4g, qid for 3 d, in addition to conventional therapy (anti infection therapy etc). Other 20 patients served as control (M 12, F 8; age 35 a±7 a) were treated with conventional therapy only. RESULTS: The total efficiency rate of diclofenac group was 60% vs that of the control group 20% on d 1 ( P <0.05). However a comparison of the evaluated parameters did not reveal any statistical significance at the end of the study. No serious systemic or local adverse reactions were found in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: The topical use of diclofenac emulgel in treating acute pharyngeal inflammation is satisfactory.
