高分子纤维素预防肌腱粘连的实验研究

摘    要:目的 比较高分子纤维素与不同防粘连物质在预防肌腱粘连中的作用。方法 以鸡趾为动物模型,将肌腱切断缝合后分别于局部应用高分子纤维素膏剂、生物膜、透明质酸及生理盐水,术后于不同时间行肉眼观察、生物力学及组织学检测。结果 三种物质均有一定的粘连预防作用,其中以高分子纤维素膏剂效果最佳。结论 局部应用高分子纤维素是预防肌腱粘连的较理想方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of materials and methods in prevention of tendon adhesion.Methods The experiment using chicken as animal model,the animals were divided randomly into4groups,20in Hydra-Uro -Carboxymethylcellulose(HUCMC)group and10in Hyaluronic acid group?Collagen membrane group and salin group.The results were assessed biomechanically?histologically and statistically in the end of third week,4th week,6th week and8th week after operation.Results The results showed that every material could prevent tendon adhesion effectively except salin.HUCMC were significantly superior to other materials.Conclusion It is an ideal method for prevention of tendon by using HUCMC.
