耳针对围绝经期综合征患者Kupperman评分的影响

目的 观察耳针疗法对围绝经期综合征患者Kupperman评分的影响。方法 运用电针法刺激28例围绝经期综合征患者的耳穴（双侧内分泌、卵巢、子宫），由专门的评价师评价患者在耳针治疗前后的Kupperman评分，从而分析耳针对患者Kupperman指数及各项症状的影响。结果 耳针治疗后Kupperman指数低于治疗前（P〈0．01），潮热出汗、失眠、焦躁、抑郁、头晕、疲倦乏力、肌肉骨节痛等症状治疗后较治疗前减轻（前三者P〈0．01，后四者P〈0．05）。结论 针刺耳穴内分泌、卵巢、子宫可有效治疗围绝经期综合征，对潮热出汗、失眠、焦躁、抑郁、头晕、疲倦乏力、肌肉骨节痛等症状都有显著的改善作用，而对感觉异常、心痛、心悸、皮肤蚁走感等症状的影响不明显。

The Influence of Ear Acupuncture on Kupperman Score in Peri-menopausal Syndrome Patients

Objective To observe the influence of ear acupuncture on Kupperman score in peri-menopausal syndrome.Methods Electroacupuncture stimulation of ear points(bilateral Endocrine,Ovary and Uterus) was used in 28 peri-menopausal syndrome patients.The patient's Kupperman score was evaluated by a special appraiser before and after ear acupuncture treatment to analyze the influence of ear acupuncture on Kupperman score and the symptoms.Results Kupperman index was significantly lower after ear acupuncture treatment than before(P<0.01).Tidal fever with perspiration,insomnia,anxiety,melancholy,dizziness,lassitude and musculo-articular pains were relieved after treatment as compared with before(the former three P<0.01,the latter four P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture of ear points Endocrine,Ovary and Uterus can effectively treat peri-menopausal syndrome and obviously relieve the symptoms of tidal fever with perspiration,insomnia,anxiety,melancholy,dizziniess,lassitude and musculo-articular pains,but does not markedly alleviate the symptoms of paresthesia,cardialgia,palpitation and skin formication.
