去氧孕烯 炔雌醇治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕

目的 :观察去氧孕烯 炔雌醇对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕的临床疗效。方法 :将 118例病人随机分成 2组 :治疗组 6 4例 ,年龄 (2 6±s 9)a ,自月经来潮d 1开始 ,用去氧孕烯 炔雌醇 1片 ,po ,qd ,连用 6 3d停药。于停药后月经来潮d 5 ,用人绝经期促性腺激素 (HMG)促排卵 ,1支 (每支 75IU ) ,im ,qd。B超监测 ,适时性交 ,观察妊娠率及HMG应用情况。对照组 5 4例 ,年龄 (2 6± 10 )a ,不用去氧孕烯 炔雌醇。结果 :治疗组妊娠率非常显著高于对照组 (4 4 %vs 13% ,P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组HMG用量 (12± 5 )支 ,显著少于对照组 (2 2± 4 )支 ,差异有非常显著意义 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :去氧孕烯 炔雌醇能治疗多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕

Desogestrel-ethinylestradiol in treating polycystic ovary syndrome with infertility

AIM: To investigate the clinical efficacy of desogestrel ethinylestradiol in treating polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with infertility. METHODS: One hundred and eighteen PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups: sixty four patients in treatment group (age (26± s 9)a),fifty four patients in control group (age (26±8)a). The treatment group received desogestrel ethiny lestradiol 1 tab, po , qd, from d 1 of menstrual cycle for 63 d continually. Then when they were stimulated with human menopause gonadotrophin (HMG) 75 IU, im, qd from the d 5 of the menstrual cycle after stopping desogestrel ethinylestradiol, monitored under transvaginal ultrasound and told to coitus at proper time, the pregnancy rate and application of HMG were observed. The control group did not received desogestrel ethinylestradiol. The other treatment was the same as the treatment group. RESULTS: In the treatment group, the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (44% vs 13%, P <0.01). Furthermore, the amount of HMG used in treatment group was (12±5) amps, while (22±4) amps in control group, P <0.01. CONCLUSION: Desogestrel ethinylestradiol can play a good role in the treatment of PCOS with infertility.
