摘    要:研究牡蛎壳粉末的溶解特性及其投加条件下的UASB反应器的启动特性。以未投加反应系列为对照,系统考察了牡蛎壳粉末投加对颗粒化厌氧污泥的有机物降解性能影响。结果表明:牡蛎壳粉末在溶液中的溶解速率随初始pH升高而降低;添加牡蛎壳粉末,可加快厌氧颗粒污泥的形成,使污泥床生长迅速,可通过补充碱度维持反应器内pH的相对稳定,COD去除率约提高15%,污泥的产甲烷活性得到增加,反应器启动时间可缩短10%。

Abstract:Research on dissolution property of oyster shell powder and starting characteristic of UASB reactor on condition that oyster shell powder added were carried out.By contrast with the series of reactors without oyster shell powder added, effect of oyster shell powder added on organics degradation property of anaerobic granular sludge was surveyed systematically.The results showed that dissolution rate of oyster shell powder reduced with pH increasing, oyster shell powder could accelerate anaerobic granular sludge production and sludge bed growth rapidly, sufficient alkalinity was supplied, which maintained pH relatively stable.With adding oyster shell powder to the reactor, COD removal rate increased about 15%, activity of methane produced by sludge could be enhanced, and starting period was shortened 10%.
